Initially,we sought to start Totz Only solely as a website with unique high quality clothing and toys. I came across our current space and I could not resist. The location had previously been the once famous site of "It's A Zoo"... an anchor staple in the Magnolia Park community for many, many years. The moment we walked on the property, I knew that it was the right home for Totz Only. So our website turned into a brick and mortar and we could not be happier with the end result. The property offers a warm and safe atmosphere for us to gather, laugh, and play with our children.
